Wayfinding Every exhibition design shapes paths through galleries and experiences. With wayfinding, we focus on guiding visitors through sprawling, often historic, spaces. In a multi-year project, Ellis Island National Museum of Immigration is redesigning exhibitions throughout the campus. We are collaborating with exhibition designers, architects, consultants, and the National Park Service to design new wayfinding for the entire main building. The new signage will make Ellis Island more accessible than it has ever been. Great numbers of people passed through Ellis Island when it processed immigrants into the United States. It now greets over a million tourists a year. We helped lead visitors through exhibits spread across three floors and multiple galleries at the New York Botanical Garden.
